RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at giftshak@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Cancellation of Order

You have 24 h from the purchase of the item to cancel the contract for your order. In this case, we will issue you with a refund, however, if you have already received the order, or it has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the entire order at your own cost if you have already received them. Please obtain the necessary insurance & proof of posting when you return items, Giftsshack will not be held responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If the goods are found to have been used or are damaged in any way, Giftsshack reserves the right to withhold the refund. If we didn’t receive the canceled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

special note for the product that requires a design service:

the client can ask for a preview mockup before print, in that case, Gifts Shack will send an order preview in the next 24h and wait for the client approval. after 24h a reminder will be sent to the client, if we didn't get an answer in the next 24h after the 2nd email we reserve the right to ship the item.
after the approval clients cannot cancel the entire order under any circumstances. if the client canceled the order after approval he will get a 50% refund, the other 50% will be charged as design fees.
design fees should be paid also if the client request for changing the picture after preparing the preview.

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product?

How

Contact Giftsshack to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, return or exchange a product. You can do this by sending an email to Contact@GiftsShack.com with your name and order number specified in the subject line, we will then confirm the actions that you need to take. 

Defect or Damage

Where a claim of defect or damage is made please contact Giftsshack and provide a photo/short video proving and explaining the problem, Giftsshack will send you a replacement and notify you with instructions to deal with the damaged item. You shall be entitled to a refund of any reasonable return postage charges. Please note that Giftsshack shall not be liable for any goods that have been damaged due to misuse or are returned without their original packing.

Refunds

Giftsshack will process the refund directly to your payment card/PAYPAL, in no more than:
a. 14 days after the day the product is received; or
b. if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product; or
c. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed Giftsshack about your decision to cancel your order.

Non-Cancellable or Refundable Goods (What you can’t send back)

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customization options offered to all customers), is personalized or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers).
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics.
  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken.

A “non-cancellable” should be mentioned in the non-cancellable products description. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.
